Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your data from Devlogify at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

How to request deletion

• Email: send a request to info@devlogify.com from the email associated with your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the company name and, if applicable, the phone number / account to delete.
• In-app: an account admin can request deletion of the company workspace from the console.

What we delete

• Your account and company profile.
• Conversations, contacts, call logs, notes, and media stored for your workspace.
• Connection tokens for any channels you linked (e.g. WhatsApp), and we revoke our access.

For end-users who messaged a business using Devlogify

If you contacted a business that uses Devlogify and want your data removed, that business controls your data. Please contact the business directly; Devlogify will assist them in fulfilling your request.

Timeline

We acknowledge requests within a few business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Backups are purged on a rolling cycle.
