Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Devlogify platform and related apps and services (the "Service"). Devlogify is a product operated by Worldwide Admissions Hub (Pvt) Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

1. The Service

Devlogify provides a multi-tenant customer-communication and AI-assistant platform that lets businesses manage conversations with their own contacts across channels such as WhatsApp, including AI-assisted replies and human handoff. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team's use.
• Accounts may require activation/approval before access is granted.

3. Customer data & ownership

As between the parties, you own the data you and your contacts submit through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Devlogify a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We process Customer Data per our Privacy Policy and act as your processor for messaging data.

4. Third-party platforms (Meta / WhatsApp)

• To use messaging channels you connect your own accounts (e.g. your WhatsApp Business Account) and authorize Devlogify to act on your behalf.
• You must comply with the applicable third-party terms, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta Platform Terms, and template/ opt-in rules. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from the people you message.
• Third-party platforms may change or restrict their APIs; we are not liable for resulting interruptions.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to send spam or unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content; to violate any platform policy; to access another tenant's data; or to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the platform or third parties.

6. Fees

Paid plans, if any, are described at sign-up or in an order. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing communications sent from your account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devlogify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk. On termination, we will delete or return Customer Data per our retention practices.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
